All sales are final. Since our cloth and miscellaneous merchandise is print on demand, we cannot offer any refunds or size exchanges. Please carefully check the items you are purchasing before checkout to make sure you are ordering what you want.

CD's, Vinyl and Music Books

Orders for CD's, Vinyl or Music Books may be cancelled before they are shipped out for a full refund. Please contact store@thankyouscientist.net to do so. All sales are final once shipped.

Lost or damaged items
Occasionally, items get lost or damaged during shipping. To protect your merchandise in the event that this happens, please select "Shipping Protection" in your cart before checkout. Refund or replacement requests for lost or damaged orders without "Shipping Protection" will not be honored.
